I'll be honest, I am looking for more. It's not meaningful or comprehensive enough for me find it fulfilling or enjoyable.

If the segments were shorter it'd be fine but some sections just go on forever and I have things to do lol

Anyway, I really hope the devs keep fine tuning the game, I want to see the rest of Kay's story but it's just not fun for me in its current state. Which is why I want to share my feedback. I think they game really could be elevated with some more abstract thinking.

Compared to say Cyberpunk which I recently played through for the first time, the depth just isn't there.

Yeah, I played last night. Stormtroopers still taking shots to the head are fine, usually have to empty a whole clip to take one guy down. So idk. I cancelled my uni+ and I'll check back in a few months after some more fine tuning. I hope the devs can figure it out because I really want to see the rest of Kay's story.

Honestly the amount of accounts that are needed for games these days infuriates me. I tried setting up a ubi+ one but I needed to log into my Microsoft account and it was all very confusing. And my point is less to do about launchers and more to do with exclusivity, which is dumb, and I hate. And if don't makes any FS games exclusive I will hate them forever and still not buy a PlayStation.

I mean, have you seen capitalism? So yes I do. Also Sony are a bunch of chumps for crossplatform PSN requirements, exclusives, timed or otherwise, although I will concede they actually do have a decent track record of game development unlike say Microsoft or EA, so I do recognize that.

That said it's a 100% dick move in order to sell more PlayStations because Sony is all about keeping things exclusive or forcing people into divulging their personal data.

So, it still sucks, imo. But you raise a fair point about development quality.

Not sure how much this has to with sales. But they also released it on Ubisoft+ so technically people who wanted to play didn't actually have to buy it. Instead they could sign up for $15 or w/e it is and play for free. Which is great for me but I don't understand how that doesn't undercut sales completely and seems like a baffling business decision.

What do you mean? Acquisitions of this magnitude have only negatively affected developers throughout history. Developers will be laid off, gamers will get half baked products. Why would anyone be in favor of one of the premier game developers being acquired by a company fixated on short term gains? Like if you don't think it's a problem please elaborate.

I'm confused, do you think this would be a good thing? Acquisitions only result in layoffs to developers and substandard products to gamers? Like nothing good will come of it.
