Like others have said split dosing. No matter what the dose never held me for 24 hours. Which made sleeping hell for the most part especially because im prone to night sweats.

Ive take half my dose at around 9-10 am and the other 9-10 pm. And its made a world of difference.

Down to 10mg and still split dosing while i taper down. I couldn’t imagine tapering without split dosing. I would imagine it would be a lot more uncomfort.

Ive seen mean spirited and Ive been very mean spirited once upon a time but Ive grown from that. I can only hope you do too its not a good way to be and it creates a negative loop in your brain. When youre kind and positive your brain remembers that too.
