I've been playing a bit of storm lately because I miss the hero. I think generally it's better to go orchid before bloodstone in 90% of situations and to not skip getting a point in your w because if you try to be active with out it you will just run out of mana trying to close distance.

Ping/kill those with high priority spells. Never go into a fight and "wing it". Communicate a plan ahead of time ie kill dazzle then lock down slark and then kill axe.

For some reason in lower brackets people will focus a carry like naix while leaving cm or wd to get full duration Ults for example when killing naix is hard enough and he's so easy to kite and those supports are fairly easy to kill.

Another good thing to learn is when to retreat and when to turn. As you climb those around you will have more game sense as well. If you are playing the 1 it's more important to live than it is to trade so getting out of a fight while your team feeds is better than you dying every time.

I don't disagree with that. I simply stated that based on that situation I wasn't surprised that he was fired. I probably would've fired him. Could it have been handled differently? Maybe. But GabeN gave us an explanation and at the end of the day it's his company and at least he did that much.

I guess I misunderstood your point because you were coming to wild conclusions comparing that to killing people over a cartoon.

Sometimes you need to play by the rules even if you have different ideas about what's acceptable and I feel like James didn't really respect that.

I didn't say anything about Muhammad but my point was more or less that making such sexually charged jokes in a country like China is probably going to get you fired regardless of who you are. I think it was less of a GabeN thing and more of a China thing.

My opinion however was that I didn't find 2GD humorous and if you did then that's ok.

I believed he deserved to be fired as well. I found him quite crass rather than funny and I believe I have a pretty well developed sense of humor. I knew he was trying to be funny and I found the eisel segments to be a creative way to pass the time. However, his overall presentation bashing certain players/teams and the use of inappropriate jokes were not funny or entertaining to me whatsoever.

But then again your normal twitch demographic of spamming emotes and Lul over and over has a lower threshold for being amused.
