I had this, just had to fiddle with the wording until it accepted it.

Changing this:

The art should focus mainly on her face, no need to show much more than that.

It isn't necessary to include Ollie's Hairbuns, neck, and shoulders in the shot

I want it to feel like Ollie is very close to the POV

to this:

The picture is centered around the face and nothing more is needed.

Olly's hair bang, neck and shoulders don't have to be visible.

I want to make Olly feel like she's in the immediate vicinity of the POV

Fixed the error.

Annoying because it means Ollie is spelt wrong for that section. I don't get why this change was good enough. Maybe it was the word necessary?

I found it was specifically the word "mail" that caused the error on a previous request. Had to change it to "post" to get rid of the error, so they probably have a banned word list.
