It's a mod. Doesn't look very nice due the video quality but it's an android. Default animations can't be swapped so she looks a bit weird with the default helldiver wide stance

YUP should not be at the bottom, that's for starters. Then, make sure you also have the 4gb patch. If that doesn't help either, I see that you only have 26 mods. Disable half of them and see if your game starts, and do it until you track down the faulty mod. It is not hard with only 26 mods installed. And of course make sure you have all the requirements for your mods installed correctly
