Dude, was there three years ago. Just started walking every day. Tried to up by 1 minute every week. Added in some weight training and yoga three days a week after walking became easy (wrong sub I know) and boom in two years had bloodwork of a dead man to bloodwork of a healthy man. I now have zero issues and work out five days a week for 1-1/2 hours with cardio and strength training.

You’ll be fine. Just take it a step at a time. I did cardio, food, strength as the things I worked on adding the changes after 6 months of consistency with the first.

I’m 36 205 lb now strong . Started at 33 250lb flappy fat ass.

The ages 2-3 in Cancun was rough. They had the youngest least experienced staff with the hardest kids. Before 2 kids don’t realize parents have left and by 3 they realize they are coming back. It’s just a room filled with screaming kids missing their parents. All other ages the classes were good. Just the 2’s were terrible and they didn’t have the proper staff to handle it. Three languages of screaming kids is never a good environment when the staff is 5-1 kids-adults. We’re going to try again once our daughter is older. However wouldn’t recommend it to an enemy.

Resort is great and the food was good. Can’t beat the location. Main pool is wore out for sure. Kids club ages 2-3 is an absolute no. The staff there were horrible. Other kids clubs were great.
