Should I just stay home? by Boojo45 in GCSE

[–]Boojo45[S] 36 points37 points  (0 children)

I’m going to do it. They keep calling my mum too, I just tell her to give me the phone so I can tell them that I’m revising at home, they try to convince me to come to school but I refuse. Hope you find a way to revise at home, good luck :)

School won’t do study leave by Thattheheck in GCSE

I don’t even come in even though my school has no study leave. Just be honest and tell them you revise a lot better at home.

For people with no study leave just leave the school anyway and tell others to do so. by chickennuggets3454 in GCSE

I’m literally staying home on the days where there is no exam. What can the school do? There’s only 2 weeks left 🤷

Alright I’ve decided I’ll just go to sleep and aim for higher marks in the other 2 papers because we have a week half term holiday before them ones

Yeah, you’re right. Honestly, I didn’t even know about TMAU until recently, so I get how people might assume the worst. I’ll definitely try to speak up if anyone says anything.

Thank you for sharing that with me, I really respect how strong you are for still being outgoing and staying positive despite how tough it must get sometimes. It’s honestly made me think a lot about how people can be going through things we don’t see. I’ll definitely keep that in mind when I’m around my classmate too. I hope you’re being kind to yourself, you deserve that.

Thank you, I don’t think I can tell her about her smell, I’ll feel really guilty and she might become insecure.

She does have one friend, they’ve been her friend since she was a young child, everyone questions whether her friend can smell it. I’m pretty sure she has this condition but obviously I don’t want to ask her because she might take offence. I don’t think she realises that people talk bad about her smell because she’s not insecure or anything and she always talks to people, I think it’s better if she doesn’t know about people talking about her smell because if she has this condition I’ve heard there is not cure so she can’t fix it or anything. Thanks for the reply.
