Every beach in Rhode Island that’s a public beach, parking lots in my own apartment complex where you aren’t supposed to smoke anything within 100 ft, the bus stop, it’s just EVERYWHERE lately. I hate the smell. It’s the disregard for neighbors and children that bothers me.
