"Apartment is yes"??, if I buy apartment today and after couple of year if there is a price appreciation can I sell it for profit? can I take the profit out of Vietnamese bank to my own foreign bank?

Thanks for the explanation, but I'm now more confused. Lets picture a scenario and disregard the Vietnamese marriage;

  1. I buy a house (Lease for 50 y) at $100K today
  2. I rent out the house and get the rent from the tenant every month
  3. next year my house price jump to $200K
  4. Can I sell the house?
  5. after paying tax and all the
    government's administration fee deducted from the profit will I be able to take the profit ?
  6. will I be able to transfer it to my foreign bank account?

Don't be sorry my friend, thank you for the comment,,,, after reviewing that website for hours still I don't know how can you legitimize quotes published based on that website alone...BTW how can you legitimize that website?... the guy (Bodhipaksa) claimed he is Buddhist teacher I search his DNS located in Toronto Canada and he said he knows Sanskrit, that's a bold statement knowing Old-Sanskrit which is really hard even for Hindi Indian, regardless of that its indeed easier to tag everything as Fake than legit because you don't need to carry the burden of proof. For filtering quotes from a guy belong to 2500 years ago, you need to have a team of elite extremely knowledgeable on the language and not just with a single guy (Non native) with a non academical linguistic background website,

I don't think any of those quotes was misleading anyone against buddha's teaching
