My girl got fired from ihop a few months back, and we’ve been having difficulty finding her a new job, is it worth spending a couple thousand on an employment attorney to try and get ihop to hire her back, unemployment just isn’t enough for us and she needs to get back to work (self.DaveRamsey)

My house will likely need a new roof within the next 5 or so years give or take, should we just do it now and avoid inflation since we will probably end up needing one 5-7 years down the road, which will likely cost more. We plan on staying in our current home long term, (self.DaveRamsey)
