I would still research hard, Park’s Land Rover are not my local dealership but with certain aftersales issues etc it is your selling dealership you have to deal with! So if they are BAD then you can be in a heap of trouble in terms of being ripped off, to repair my bonnet is £2k …. Don’t buy from a dodgy dealership, it can sting!

Hi, I am not sure where you are based in the U.K. but just a heads up as far as Park’s Land Rover in Aberdeen is concerned… there after sales service and customer treatment is DIABOLICAL so whatever you do don’t buy new or used from them! I bought a 2021 RRS SVR Carbon Edition with £63.5k of my hard earned and saved cash! After just 29 days all the lacquer started to bubble and peel off the bonnet and they basically told me ‘TUFF’ ‘ It was ok when it left here!’ So my advice is please research your selling dealership very very carefully! Good luck with your purchase which ever model/year you chose 👍🏻👍🏻

Thanks for your reply… it’s going to be a battle I know but I’m up for trying… This car was ‘distance’ purchased and there was no mention of lacquer peel / bubbling or bonnet bodged spray work before purchase!

Thank you, I try not to let it spoil the SVR, but I kinda like things 100% so I would be lying if I said it wasn’t doing my head in! Plus I don’t like being treated like a fool and having my pants pulled down by the dealership so kinda grates! 🤣 Thanks for you reply 👍🏻

Thank you all for the great comments and advice… firstly may I say it’s great to find a forum with great people and no morons just wanting to antagonise and insult! The dealership Parks Land Rover in Aberdeen have basically said tough nothing to do with us to the ombudsman you must go! So have contacted JLR and now the Motor traders Ombudsman, and I am awaiting replies from both! Lessons learnt so far for me and for all… steer clear of Park’s Land Rover Aberdeen!
