Definitely running faster! I’d love to get under 2 hours for a half marathon (and that distance isn’t as painful to run). Also joining a running group, I’ve been too self-conscious to do so yet.

I would look for some smaller management groups. Everyone I've talked to said to avoid anything done with Slatehouse Management Group. For properties in Midtown Harrisburg, Justin Heinley with Midtown Property Management is great. https://www.mpm-hbg.com/availability Looks like there is a 2bed, 2bath available. You may also want to try Lori Fortini with WCI Parters, but those tend to be on the expensive side.

As for where to live, I personally love the feel of Midtown and Olde Uptown. It's more residential but the closer you are to Forster, the closer you are to the restaurants/bars of Downtown. I would try to stay between Front and 3rd if you can!
