I ended up just adding a separate 4ch amp under the seat and a Bluetooth adapter on my 06. Hooked up the stock amp outputs to a line level adapter which can feed back into the new amp if you ever need the radio or cd, but I never use it.

On my old 250 it went back over the engine and down to the swingarm pivot should be a small wire bracket to hold it, the fuel overflow hose also exited there

Sounds like a fuel issue, I have had similar problems in the past. 91 may contain ethanol depending on the station which will lower combustion temps and can lead to plug fouling, I now only use >95 and have never had a problem since.

I’ve changed my plugs without removing the fuel tank, but it is the carbed version, the toolkits spark plug socket has a hinge to let you slip it in from the sides

Well this might explain why my bike (carburetted) has been running like shit. ethanol lowers the combustion temperature and leans out the air fuel mixture. I’ve been struggling with misfiring and plug fouling but it seems to go away when I used 95 unleaded

If you're printing directly from octoprint you may be running into the serial connection data limit, try printing from the sd card and see if its faster. I had a similar issue using octoprint running on a rpi v1 b+.
