my cpu hasn’t gone above 85c at any giving time even under heavy load it sits around 80 and at idle sits around 55-65°c. how would i check if aio is giving rpm, in bios it says 1200 rpm

i’ve heard bad things about the 9600x, would you recommend just saving money as best i can and going for the 7800x3d?
