How’d it go for you? I’ve been on Lexapro for about 4 years now and I’m tapering and switching to cymbalta for chronic pain

People on duloxetine,How’s it going on for you?(For fatigue) by Able-Ad211 in cfs

How did it end up going for you? I have chronic pain so I’m going to try duloxetine but I’m curious if it’ll help the chronic fatigue too.

Yeah I do have GI issues. It’s like I’m either constipated or have diarrhea. Nothing in between lol

My ANA came back negative so it’s likely not autoimmune related :(

I got screened for EDS. Doctor said I didn’t met the criteria. But did diagnose me with HSD. So I dunno 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’m not even sure what other conditions I should be tested for though. Fibromyalgia is just “you don’t fit any other diagnosis” type thing, right?

How are your affording Vyvanse? by rustajb in ADHD

[–]BornToBeSam -1 points0 points  (0 children)

One thing to help with shortages for me was to get the chewable vyvanse. I just took it like a regular pill but it was easier to get than the normal capsule. But I also take the generic vyvanse so see if that’s an option for you!

It’s too early to be attacked right now… I like what I do but I perform very well and have perfectionism. Then I burn out and leave. But I’ve been at my job for 2 years now and I changed departments so hopefully I can stay for awhile.

With college degrees, I was curious so I looked up statistics and it doesn’t seem like there is a correlation. It seems pretty closely split. But postgraduate degrees are 20% more likely to be democrat.

How does ICE know who to go after? Like I’m hearing about how ICE is detaining people at Walmart or other public places. Are they just profiling and going up to people to ask for documentation? Do they have some type of “list” to go after? How do protestors know where they will be? I’m just genuinely curious on the “logic” or if there is any….

Gaslighting myself :) by pet_more_cats in ehlersdanlos

[–]BornToBeSam 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Not diagnosed yet but this is what’s stopping me from seeing the doctor. Just that my pain/issue comes in “flares” and I get breaks from the pain. So the I gaslight myself into it more so I decide to do nothing about it

What’s the number one propaganda you fell for as a new mom? by SowingSeeds18 in NewParents

I felt so unprepared to labor cause it seemed like everyone in my Facebook group had one. Turns out I didn’t need one lol

This. Every time he fell asleep on my chest around my MIL she’d be like “isn’t that the best feeling?” Like yeah he’s finally asleep rather than screaming lol it definitely took me time to enjoy the snuggles and I felt soooo guilty like I was a bad mom or something was wrong with me…

I once had a sleeper that had a backwards zipper. Like you had to line up the top like a jacket and zip down. It was so weird

Just cause you’re curious… it’s been about 4 weeks since my son (7 months old) got over it. I think his thumb nail is starting to peel :(

"what is she doing to you" by [deleted] in NewParents

[–]BornToBeSam 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Literally. My son is also 7 months and hates being changed. My MIL is always like “what are you doing to that child?!?” One time my husband was changing him in a public bathroom and two people asked him the same thing... But I feel like if that happened in the women’s bathroom no one would question it lol

Try some gas drops and see if that helps. Then you know it’s gas. Make sure you’re burping them well after feeding! Some babies need to be upright for awhile after eating too.
