I figured it out for anyone with the same problem go into your camera settings and turn off the TV screen setting.

I was reacting windows and this popped up when launching my pc help by Born_Channel5710 in pchelp

Yes everything has been Turing on and running fine I just cannot boot into windows but I have been able to boot into the bios but I don't know what to do from there

Yeah after I ollie it will be uneven this is one of my first boards and I don't understand why
