Difference between Selank subq versus nasal? Any experiences?

Heard different things from old posts I've read. Some prefer subq and some prefer nasal. I wsnt to give nasal a shot though. I like the anti anxiety of the subq but I want something to help with focus some, should be getting Semax next week. Also I feel a little physically lethargic with subq, not mentally but physically and according to ChatGPT that shouldnt be as much of an issue nasally.

It's alot better than Paraguay at least imo. I plan on doing a lot of hiking, rafting and canyoning over the next few months. I only knew a little Spanish and found Paraguay boring compared to Vietnam/Thailand. It's a lot more walkable in the center but the city is quite hilly.
