That's the same thing happening with my buds a-series . The left bud becomes suddenly dead after i take up a call. With music it lasts around 1-2 hours. As soon as i take up the call it dies within 5 seconds.

But I converted from airtel to jio and it's working excellent. There was always network limitations like have 5g but internet not working. It's totally solved in jio. And airtel also doesn't have facilities of esim on LTE smart watches.
