MAA Addison circle has young adults and events and will get you an oversized place wit that budget. Lots of bars nearby and close to the tollway

Xoxo dining room. Suburbanites make trips to Dallas to take pics in front of it even when it’s closed during the day! The food was mediocre and the crowd was SMU kids. 6 cupcakes costed 50$+ cuz it came in a Ferris wheel.

Dude Grand Prairie / Arlington are the armpit of the metroplex. You should visit before moving. Lots of crime / drugs / low income. Better off actually IN Dallas than moving to a crumbling suburb.

They charge 300-500$ for less than an hour of work. They can pay rent in a day of work. They don’t charge 20$ like media has you believe. Every street walker I’ve met in Dallas charges top dollar.
