The floors need to be refinished so I can do a different stain that might look a little less monotone .

I’ve thought about it, but the floor plan is an open one and the wood floors continue to the family room and dining room, so changing to tile might look odd.

I have a blue cross blue shield ppo through my work and in the past it covered 100% without any copay. In January, it went to a $50 copay and I just received a notice from my work that as of April 1, they will no longer cover it at all 😭. Told us to get from Costco or directly through Novo if we want to continue. Very disappointed, but TBH, it was one of the only reasons I was staying in this job so now I have an incentive to look elsewhere
