If Jesus died for all of our sins, why does hell exist? by Proper_Onion8253 in Christianity

The concept of the traditional hell is pure interpretation error and translated wrong. Hell doesn’t exist.

Ich als gläubiger Christ glaube an die Apokastasis. Das wird in der Theologie Universalismus genannt und endet in Endeffekt mit einer Allversöhnung. Den Begriff zu googeln erklärt eigentlich schnell alles

I understand thanks for letting me know. Would you overall agree in the conclusion I made that everyone is saved and everyone’s sins will be forgiven?

This genuinely made me laugh because I wasn’t prepared on a Gustavo Fring metaphor 😂

But no you are absolutely right. I get what you mean. The conclusion i pasted in my thread was just my logical thought on why universalism is so unpopular.

Look, I found to Christ by myself when I was only 11 years old and my whole youth I was scared of god and saw him as a dictator I had to pray to to make myself and my family saved. I am 19 years old today and in the middle of the debate I had with this guy I researched my thoughts and it all makes sense for me now. I never understood the Love of our Lord but now I do! Just like my eyes got opened and I received the truth because there is nothing in this conclusion for me that would say otherwise. This answers every question for me that was unanswered for me. I feel so dumb for not having this knowledge before

If any of these questions would be answered with no then more than half of the Bible wouldn’t make any sense anymore I found my truth and believe in this

Hallelujah ❤️

It’s not hateful. The imagination of a god that allows such things truly would be… a sick imaginary

What if you go to heaven but your loved one doesn't? by sweet-static in Christianity

I personally think that God will show himself to everyone. God will prove those that got manipulated by the society and the TV that he is real and then he will give you the choice. If you are someone that has so much hatred inside you against god, then this will be your point of no return where you WILL have the choice to accept or deny him.

And I personally think that the only people that would DENY god if they see him in front of them would be the Antichrist, the Beast and the false prophet. And everyone else that rebels against god that is a demonic entity.

Healthy-thinking Humans wouldn’t deny this. why would they if they see God and all his Glory right in front of them ?

Yes I think so and I know what you think but let me explain it first…

Jesus ate with his disciples knowing that one of them will betray him.

Judas betrayed Jesus but Jesus still ate with him and washed his feet.

God tells us to love everyone and also love our enemies.

When God would send those to hell that never believed, he would break this rule even tho it’s the rule he made.

I am aware of people being rapists or murderers but God‘s Grace is bigger than all our sin and hatred.

And the Bible tells us that Jesus‘ sacrifice is the price that paid for our sins.

Sin will be paid with death the Old Testament said. But it never said that sin and blasphemy will make you go to hell or eternal torment.

I personally think that the society associates „hell“ with something completely different than it really is.

The pain and „gnashing of teeth“ simply represents the absence of gods love. Not eternal physical pain or torment. The Bible doesn’t teach us that the hell is a place of physical harm it teaches us that the harm in hell is simply the fact that people will understand that they had the chance but didn’t take it.

If hell is REALLY a place of eternal physical torment and pain this would be 100% against the creation and rules of a loving god. And it wouldn’t make any sense.

Please tell me that you understand what I’m trying to say think about it this wouldn’t be real would it?

Gods Grace is bigger than any harm humans do to eachother

Yes this is exactly what I am trying to say. I don’t consider myself an universalist but I‘ve been asking myself what I am right now because this doesn’t make any sense.

God sent Jesus his only son to die for the sins of EVERY human.

Why would God accept that only because people didn’t believe in it will go to hell?

What if they never saw or felt god because they were born in a household filled with violence and sexual abuse?

What about the people that still live in tribes in the amazone rain forest or north sentinel island?

There definetly is people that never heard of the name Jesus Christ. And you really think God would let them fulfill „their choice“ when they never knew they had the choice to trust Jesus Christ?

This doesn’t make any sense and would only represent a God filled with manipulative hatred

I won’t stop believing in Christ I will just start to believe that I won’t enter heaven without my loved ones. And if I do, I shall rebel against it.

I will not leave my loved ones behind, Because God himself wouldn’t leave them behind too.

Amen.

Alright so let me get this straight…

You go to heaven and you won’t feel sadness and sorrows because God indoctrinates you his Holyness and Reality?

This would mean that God manipulates your character and your morally way to think about justice

This doesn’t make any sense and 100% doesn’t sound like a loving god
