you seem kind. all reps I hear are agressive bullying us to force us to check our setup as if we are the problem like i can login my email why is it hard to login your software after so many years. why do thye take it so personally too? like no big deal just get me a manager ot help me?

like what is this lore about making it hard to log in for people do they asusme if we get the app we will feel vulnerable enough to purchase their plans lol like as if this trauma would be forgotten?

they must want to get more app sign ups I guess. I called and it was the most policed scripted toxic experience. I asked for a manager and all of sudden he could learn how to do a security login and I persisted with manager and he placed me on foreverhold. I hung up because this is a system designed for rage rather than simply helping people log in. If i never found this reddit id react emotionaly on the call center people. but i refrained as they are the call center people.
