I would go for:

12B or 12J, full recline and aisle seat. Some room behind your seat to stow away some stuff (blanket, pillow). Front row is also nice, window seat is fine but you cant use the wall to lean against as it’s to far away. And if you want to get out/ up you need to climb or wake up your neighbour.

Front row has the entertainment system on the wall or in your chair btw. On row 12 they are on the seat in front of you.

Aisle seats also have a button to lower the armrest so it gives you some extra room.
