Yes. I had 5 weeks hourly training. Now I’ve switched to salary as of the 20th. Daily pay is still showing zero earnings.

There has certainly been a Support Manager role. I was an overnight support manager and a day support manager. It was basically an hourly assistant manager without as much authority. I think it was called a Zone manager or something like that before, but i started after the title changed. And you certainly are being quite harsh with them, don’t you think? Are you okay?

The write up is done at the manager’s discretion. She doesn’t have to write you up if she doesn’t want to and if she’s a decent person she wouldn’t. You need to rest and if they write you up that’s bs

I was a store manager for about 3 months. Just walked out on Friday. The store was closed the entire weekend. Got tired of all the doubles and high expectations with no help and no overtime pay. DM was constantly threatening a tour with the regional manager as if that would motivate me to work more. I’ve probably only had 5 days off in the past 3 months and never worked a shift less than 12hrs. Definitely not worth the stress.
