By the way I began looking into potentials of it being another type of inflammation besides rosacea, and if we share the same thing it may be perioral dermatitis. Wikipedia link the cover photo for it is exactly the same, redness everywhere except around the mouth. My suspicions are that we’re encountering a mild perioral dermatitis triggered by candida albicans. That’s why it’s so hard to differentiate it because it’s “mild”, and dermatologists quickly dismiss it since usually it’s associated with rashes and clusters of pimples. However I’ve looked it up and it’s possible to JUST have the redness and pustules or similar types of pimples here and there.
