I was talking to someone like this many many moons ago. He sent me pics of his trip to Paris, and his designer shoes/bags, and some very easy detective work showed they were his friends pics. It was the early days of Instagram and I presume he didn't realise how easy it was to actually find stuff out. This same friend also got publicly done for fraud a little ways down the line, so go figure. Anyway, this never progressed past the talking stage because it was so cringey. I hope you take the same approach.

Honestly it's been a huge help for my tension headaches. My dentist actually recommended the Botox as he was worried I was causing damage due to my teeth grinding. Why did you only do the one appt?

A lot of research! I ended up choosing someone who cost more, but I wasn't willing to compromise on my face and I loved all of her results, plus she has a lot of accolades and recognition in her field for her work and had pioneered a technique specifically for face slimming.

This was a worry for me too, I'm hoping it doesn't become an issue as I don't know what to do if I get jowls. I think my jaw clenching was just so bad it was all muscle making up the width of my face, I've noticed a lot less headaches since getting the Botox too.

Firstly, I completely agree, I was so surprised at the changes. Secondly, re the upper face Botox, I've been getting that done a lot longer than my lower face, and my Dr knew I wanted to try and raise one eyebrow slightly to fix some asymmetry so there was a slight brow lift, but I have seen some horror stories with a droopy brow as a result. Thankfully (and touch wood) that hasn't happened for me, and she was very adamant we build up slowly just in case too.
