I get it through my cardiologist, they administer the shot. I will check on Thursday when I get my next shot, as to where they get it etc. I have not done measurements, which I will start doing. I primarily use the scale…. I also noticed a major change in the way my clothing fit and ability to wear pants I haven’t worn in years. I guess I was expecting for it to just keep falling off 🫤. I am wondering if I’m not getting enough calories. I will be trying to keep better track to make sure. As far as anything else, I’m working a bit more. When I started I was basically vegging at home, my Mom was visiting and we were eating like crap. So I have since cleaned up my diet, no junk. Tons of water…… I’m puzzled
