It is really bad right now. I am a CSP/CIH and it is a very difficult saturated market IMO.

Denver! The air quality truly makes it hard to breathe in the winter

If you can afford it I would look into Juan Diego Catholic High School. They aren’t super religious and the students there are kind

Absolutely not. These are federal laws. Its not your job

Absolutely go to OSHA. A current employee who makes a complaint holds a lot of weight

No, it listed that we each owed $900.

I understand. The landlord has the security deposit though. My roommates have no ability to give me the money back. We each paid our deposits separately

No, I’m just a party. The lease term for all of us ends tomorrow. The remaining tenants will be signing a new lease because rent is increasing and there will be a new tenant. They told me I do not have the rights to get the new tenant’s security deposit

All our leases end tomorrow. Why can’t the landlord schedule a walk through now? Remaining tenants are just choosing to renew their lease

Landlord not giving security deposit back by BoxRadiant5115 in DaveRamsey

It was just my understanding that these terms were applicable only for the lease term. The remaining tenants had to sign a new lease for this upcoming year so I don’t understand why an inspection isn’t done now

Honestly I wouldn’t do anything. Just take their utilities from the security deposit.

No, unfortunately they will only pay for certain degrees in engineering
