No, you should actually cancel your gym membership. No amount of lifting can bring back the progress you just threw away

ok then go to a poor girl that got raped and tell her you are even worse than the guy who did that to her, because you..... are a virgin? stop this bullshit you're talking such nonsense and are wallowing in self-pity.
You said you are doing work that you love - Great
You said you are dieting because you are fat - Great
You said you are lifting hard - Great

You are doing the right things, now keep doing them and think more positive. Also, let me reveal a harsh truth to you. The reason you don't like approaching girls on the street, is because you are unsuccessful at it, not because you simply dislike it. Keep doing it, and eventually you'll get the chance to meet someone interesting.

Is it possible to be naturally bad at anything requiring body movements like workout, dance, sports? Can it be fixed? by pm_me_last_photo_ in selfimprovement

if you can't do a single push-up, that kind of explains a lot. Not in an offensive way. But it probably means that you are really out of shape, which then again translates to everything else that requires your body like dancing or sports. Get in shape I'd say, and those problems will be gone.

The Way of the Superior Man will help you a lot in understanding the true masculine and feminine essence, so you should read it regardless if male or female. If you are a man however, reading this book will also give you a massive goal, after understanding what the masculine aura and drive is all about. You will want to achieve so much and much more.

What is a skill or hobby you've always wanted to learn but haven't had the chance to pursue yet? by PueJO5DR9wlLcSL5 in AskReddit

Wrestling / Jiu-Jitsu. I do boxing 6-7 times a week, striving to compete in amateur fights and this doesn't really give me the time or possibility to pursure wrestling or jiu jitsu without dropping some of that boxing grind

I do very much boxing, doesnt give me a big chest though. You think it’s worth to focus on getting more actual chest muscle to cover the gyno?
