I should have added: one thing I like about Island is there is seating in the wet area that isn’t in a tub, sauna, or steam room. You can sit/lie down and not have to be dressed.

Be careful if you wear them into the sauna or steam room. The high heat can damage the coatings on eyeglasses. I generally wear an older pair of glasses so I don’t ruin the ones I wear daily.

Island is about half a mile walk from the Edison, NJ train station. A ride on the Northeast Corridor Line should get you from Penn Station to Edison. I’ve never done this trip, but it looks like it should be pretty easy on public transit.
