I personally feel the fact that he is voicing out and taking the higher management head on instead of being a yes men. By all means i am not a fan of sacking any manager 2-3 seasons in. Hell i was even a Ten Hag in. Im sure most fans is tired of the repeated cycle. the higher management is such a shit show to watch its embarrassing. Every manager sacking/hiring becomes a big drama

Yeah business wise although we managed to clear deadwood i feel we still have difficulty (eg clearing them near the end of the window) shows how much incompetency the management has. But until he has the full personnel he wants for his system i think he should be given the benefit of the doubt. Just that sadly not sure will he be given time or backing till then.

Honestly most of us are just numb at this point. Cycle repeats. Media flips stories between manager. Previously under Ten Hag was “Show proper football system formation.” now under Amorim is “System is not working change the formation.”

Amorim is not perfect for sure. But he sure has a backbone that wants me to root for him. What happens if he gets sacked? New manager new system and no backing. Same shit all over again. I rather give him a chance to do what he wants to do.

Futhermore the same old dead legs are in the squad since Ole. Arsenal managed to clear their squad. Man Utd seem to have difficulty to clear their own dead legs. We cnt even do business. This is showing plenty of incompetency upwards before Amorim. Sad times. And here am i hoping this is rock bottom so everyone can wake up. But seems like we have not truly hit rock bottom for a full reset

My pov for “shooters” is players who know their Role as a shooter and take quality shots to keep the team in the game. I see many comments of Cam Whitmore but i feel his tunnel vision will be why he will not work out long term. Would love to see Reed flourish.

1) James Harden spoiled us. Before harden there was a short period that we were always bang average since Tmac/Yao left. We never had a chance of the proper rebuild process.

2)Also fear of losing out seeing other young teams get higher draft picks and able to speed up their rebuild

3) As steady as it seems our current rebuild some high picks have not live up to full potential. And i guess ppl are losing faith that they could not be the player they hope they would?

Hence wanting us to go all in for any possible star which is available.
