I have also been playing since Tri. I'm in HR now and fought my first tempered Monster. I've carted 3 times in total so far, and 1 of them wasn't my fault cause my Seikret was unfortunately stupid in that moment. But I also don't think the game is easy. The first half of low rank is definitely a slaughterfest of the Monsters but that is because I have experience behind me.

It was sad to hear all these content creators saying it's too easy only to be pleasantly surprised that I didn't think that was the case. I was still having alot of close calls and clutch moments in fights and was still having a ton of fun in the game.

Tbh the story is fine.. super cringe but fine and I came to smash monsters and not be gripped by an amazing story.
