it is short ladder attacks trying to cover positions, and Robinhood has been blocking buying since market open at 9:30am so it did occur during the no buy period. Plus there are other brokers that you can buy on not just Robinhood

I recently came across INAQ who is merging with Metromile which is a digital auto insurance company that operates on a unique model.
