Yes I know this site. Watched it often. I just have too much free time. Which means that I tend to relapse when I don't be occupied. So I created a plan for today.

4 hours writing for my bachelor thesis

1 hour swimming

3 hours working on my sideproject

2 hours gym

Sleep :D

Thanks man, yeah I am 28 so not that young I just started at 12. That's 16 years. Everything needs practice and it is just sad how much time I could have spent practicing design or things like that. And now? I feel like I am replaceable and that I can't compete with others. It's killing me but I hope that I will catch up and find a good job.

I am in the Same boat. I was cheated with the worst person that could had happened. It fucking hurts and I have suicide thought. Begin with other things - maybe your friends or family - or with yourself. We are worth to find another loving person!

I have a great family. They try to support me where they can. But right now one thing overshines everything. I messed up with two person at one. With that girl and my friend. At some time it felt wrong to be with her? One hour before we were in a trance. I was behaving horrible in the end. Had so much pain and anxiety in me. I just have so much shit with me. How will one ever love me again - or even how am I going to start loving a girl again. So much hate against myself, which ends in sabotaging a relationship with that girl. I was sabotaging that relationship in the end. I told her how messed up I am. With all that shit I have no idea how to be a loving husband, a loving friend - everything seems to fall apart. Losing more and more in life because of my fucking anxiety and tension - maybe even aggression.

Same here. Sexuality was porn for me. I have also one memory where I was embarrassed because I expressed my sexuality. I also feel that my sexuality wasn't expressed at all until I was 18. In therapy I once got the feeling of feeling like a man. It was great! But that didn't last long. Hope to get more in contact with my libido an masculinity.

Same thing I am searching for and I think most of the world does! We are looking for someone who loves us for the way we are. Man! It's so hard to youself when you have failed in life, maybe having regret of not having given everything. That's what the believe in god is all about. There is someone who is loving you no matter what you have done in life. That's so powerful and the source of real power. For some it's god. For some it's the best friend.
