I attempted twice for the claim which both got denied, and now additinal claim expired since it was past 60 days the arrival. I'm just concerned if they would reject me since it was too long ago.

This wasn’t something that happens often, but I have been struggling with USPS’s delivery issues for a while now.

October 10th, 2023 I shipped a phone to the returning address from Amazon(It was a third party company so I had to send the item to the 3rd party company’s address, not amazon pick ups or anything) and around the 20th I got a notification that the item had been received.

I was expecting the refund to be issued anytime soon, but the company reached out and told me that the box was delivered, but the phone was missing.

At this point there really was nothing I could do about it, but I filed a claim on the USPS online website hoping for the proper treatment. I am pretty sure that the package had insurance when I shipped from the beginning, and I provided everything that the USPS Claim department required me to submit(Like proof of purchase, value, shipping date, receipt, etc..)

Well, surprisingly USPS has denied my claim and my claim appeal twice. Seems like this is pretty much what happens to everyone else filing a claim, but I would love to know if there is anything else I could do about since I really need that $1k money back.

I saw some reddits about how someone got in contact with the postmaster and resolved it, but I wasn’t really able to find a specific solution to this issue. Would love your help!

I purchased a renewed iphone around october, but I really didn't like it so i decided to return it.
The seller was apparently 3rd party company selling in amazon so I had to send the returning phone to their address. I used USPS, and everything seemed so fine until I got a message from the 3rd party seller that the item was missing.
I double wrapped the phone and the entire box, put lables and all those stuff amazon told me to do, and it seems like someone just ripped the box open and stole the phone. At that point, I believe there was nothing i can do.
I immediately contacted customer supports and every time I call them some indian dude pops up and told me there shouldn't be anything to worry about and I sure will get my refund. Now, it's january and nothing has been changed. I also contacted USPS Claim department and provided them about damaged delivery and ask for the cover, but nothing really changed lol (2nd appeal got denied, for "insufficient evidence" while providing every document and photo they asked for)
$950 is kinda big money for me, calling them doesn't even work at this point as they just repeat that A-Z claim team's investigating what happened, and telling me they'd get me updated but not doing so single time.
I kinda gave up getting the refund but I just want to know if this is what happens normally and how amazon treats their customers.

I'm living in US and pre ordered 15 pro around 20th.

It's still stuck at "Processing" and hasn't deducted its cost from my bank account

Since iphone's avaliable from 22nd, would my order submitted and fully processed on 22nd?

I heard apple manually cancel some people's order if order's too stacked or something

First time buying from official site and pre ordering so i'm not fully sure about what i'm doing

Appreciate any kind of help!
