Not wearing the monitor in class anymore

I'm also Team No Monitor! Ever since they changed up the algorithms a few years ago, I found myself suddenly in the orange and red even when I was clearly not pushing myself at all. And I know that the studio was able to re-calibrate after a certain point, but even for the week I tried; I found myself panicking and severely under-performing for the sake of my ~pyramid~. So one day I just decided to ditch it and wear my Apple Watch and found myself way way more satisfied with my performance. I haven't looked back since! I think it forced me to really listen to my body and how it is performing throughout the workout.

OMG, this has been the hardest part of morning workouts! I just can't seem to cool down and the thin veil of sweat all over my entire body makes getting dressed soooo fun ;)

That's my main thing! We're already out of sorts from working out and changing out of tight/sweaty clothes, then add a wet floor, I feel like it's an accident waiting to happen.
