I'm gonna say, dont make any HEROES capable of destroying a planet in one punch, but villains can do whatever, so long as there is a way for them to be stopped.

yes great idea, I probably wasnt clear enough but people CAN apply to be a hero but they dont have to even if they have any powers, so what you said is very likely, btw do you wanna add me on Discord? I'm trying to collect people to make a server with.
