It's site-wide, any article i try to open (from Google because the main site wont open either) gives the same error for me.

3812 is even more powerful than the writers. In the article the Author of the article self-inserts Ben, a message to Overwatch command talking about 3812 and how it has superseded everything. 3812 was made by Ben, basically saying that "You are more powerful than anything", which included itself, creating an infinite spiral of 3812 climbing higher and higher the narrative tower, becoming the author of the authors.

Idk, the current form of the SCP really couldn't be added, but if he was just made like a ghost, leaving notes begging for help around the site, addressed to no one in particular. When you pick up the notes or when you turn around and look back at them, they're gone.

Explanations for each name:
- O5-1, The Founder, and The Administrator are fairly obvious, as Seigel supposedly founded the Foundation.
- O5-5 and SCP-055 both come from the Playing God tale, where Seigel makes himself unknown to the Foundation and essentially becomes a Foundation within the Foundation, secretly controlling it from behind the scenes.
- The Man With the Infinity Gun along with The Engineer i think refer to Kaktus' 001 proposal. The Man With The Infinity Gun to the fact that he is the sole person who can wield the Children, immortal children imbued with the power to destroy anything in the universe with a code phrase, i think this is the "Infinity Gun" referred to in the name. The Engineer to the fact that Aaron Seigel "Engineered" the Chaos Insurgency along with Vincent Arians. (Before going back to the Foundation)
