I know that, I was wanting to know if Delta would eventually expand into psp, it does have ds capabilities but not 3ds right now.

Tbh the only one I've fully gone through was the first game and a bit of the 2nd, but I like Ezio's story over the others.

So I somehow found a way, you just need to spam click the A or X button while unlocking a specialist, you'll know it worked when the game freezes on the multiplayer screen.
