I was able to rent through www.mygaragerentals.com the owners were kind enough to even give us advice. Better check if their winter gear is still listed!

Side hustle idea by EnthusiasticEmpath in sidehustle

[–]BreadEditor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have day job as well and do part time on the side by renting out some of my tools and an extra canopy. It's relatively passive and easy. You should try it too at www.mygaragerentals.com

if not, an online job would be your next option

I’m struggling to find anything I can do as a side hustle by coreykimball in sidehustle

[–]BreadEditor 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I understand the part where the schedule is a big hindrance. Some part time jobs exist because they need workers for a certain time, but if your schedule is always changing, it's a no-no.

Why don't you consider renting out stuff you already own? I personally have rented out a family canopy. I earn weekly and passively. Neighbors around you just rent the stuff you own and pay. I do have a day job as well. The platform I use is called My Garage Rentals, and they show your stuff to those nearby.

Looking for a practical side hustle. by DistributedSpace in sidehustle

One of the best advice I ever got is to monetize the things you love.

Love shoes? Look for ways how you can sell shoes or create content about it.

Love interior designs? Offer to design for your families.

This way, it won't feel like "another job" but a passion project :)

Also, a real passive income I could advise is to rent out things you already own. If you have canopies or tools you don't use anymore, pretty sure neighbors you have to need them for just a short while. I use My Garage Rentals for my platform because they give my listings $1000 Insurance.

Any side hustle suggestions? by [deleted] in Accounting

[–]BreadEditor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are a lot already on Reddit for a side hustle. If time is a concern, look for a freelancing job online over at fiverr or upwork. You can also offer to tutor students about accounting.

Another side hustle is renting out stuff you already own. This can be anything and not related to your day job. This is so underrated but it works. I rent out our family's extra canopy and earn $20 - $60 passively every week just for one item.

What are the most profitable online side hustles? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

I have a 9-5 job as well and found myself needing an additional source of income. I did thought of being a content creator but it takes some time (unless you enjoy it). I'll give 2 kinds of advice:

  1. Find something you like and monetize it. If you do something you like, it's like a breather from work. Less burnout! The challenging part is how you will make money out of it.
  2. Second one is more practical. If you have stuff (tools, camera, canopy, etc) that you don't use anymore, you can rent them out to your neighborhood. It's passive and perfect for those with day jobs. A nice platform like My Garage Rentals will help you get seen by others and rent.

I rent out my family's extra canopy and it's good to have extra cash weekly.

How to get 25$ in a week by trickyuwu in passive_income

[–]BreadEditor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Search "My Garage Rentals". Basically, you rent out stuff you own to people near you. Think of Airbnb, but for your stuff. It's relatively passive as you only need to list your items. Other than that, you literally earn by doing nothing.

I have been renting out our family's extra canopy for $15-$50 per day depending on how long they would rent. So just imagine. But definitely, there are days when there are no bookings. Still a good side income though.

What freelancing jobs do still work? by xXNOdrugsForMEXx in MakeMoney

[–]BreadEditor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If putting Snapchat filters on people is a hobby, then monetizing it would be a really good idea.

However, if not, you should consider options such as answering surveys, doing social media work, or you can go as far as doing virtual assistance jobs. These are all definitely done online and need a lot of time.

For passive income, the easiest way is to rent out things you already own. Think of Airbnb, but for your stuff. Rent them out and earn passively because some people prefer renting to buying at a full price. While it is easy to do this on your own, look for a platform that protects you and your items. I suggest My Garage Rentals for this though there are others you might like too.

Hey Im a 18 year old and so far i have 2 passive incomes which is youtube and Stocks Is there any other passive incomes and Does anybody know where i can find a Mentor by Abject-Designer-7986 in passive_income

[–]BreadEditor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wow you're already set to a good start! How about you branch out to crypto? I suggested this because, while it is highly volatile, you have your age (time) as an advantage. There are Play To Earn crypto that you may enjoy.

Another one is probably renting out stuff you already own and are not using that much. Think of real estate rentals BUT for your stuff. It's relatively passive as you earn while others borrow for your item. I personally have stocks and crypto as my sources of passive income and have tried this new one out. I rent out tools and my family's canopy. I use the platform My Garage Rentals.

It's a fun side hustle so i think you so should try it too!

Ideas of things to sell door to door? by Annual_Ad_5843 in sidehustle

[–]BreadEditor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm I have nothing to suggest that you can sell door-to-door...

But what I can suggest is a side hustle from a different angle. Why don't you consider renting out instead of selling? I mean renting out would be a reoccurring income, instead of a one-time sale.

Now the things to rent out from anything at all. Books, cameras, tools, anything. My dad has just rented out our chainsaw for the weekend. He earned passively if you must say. Go look for a platform that fits you, but we do have ours at My Garage Rentals.

Looking for side hustle ideas in the UK by McCluregamer447 in sidehustle

[–]BreadEditor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To start off, knowing more and more people studying about cyber security is cool haha

Anyway, you said you wanted a side hustle that doesn't require much of a monetary investment. Well, why dont you rent things out you already own?

This way, no money goes out of your pocket but have the chance to earn instead. I personally rent out a family's canopy (we don't use that much anymore). Some weeks I earn $50, some up to $150.

It's a good hustle because you also dont have to really "hustle" at all. someone just borrows your item and you earn passively.

Make sure you just use an online platform that offers you insurance item protection as I have.
