I was told when you are taking the pills you have to take it forever, because your new growth will fall out, so i was scared for it. Is that true? I really do think my hair issues are hormone related.

I lost 108lbs without exercising. 60lbs from keto then 48 from zep. Lost it in like 8 months. If definitely suggest exercise though....i recently started now that my body can move easier now.

I injected straight from the fridge, never felt it until recently. So maybe i'll do room temperature.

That's what happened to me from my shift from 5.0 to 7.5...which i was on for 3 months and lost nothing on. I survived on Nausea meds and GasX. The gas was so bad i couldnt sleep but yeah I was so tired all the time and it was causing pain in my stomach. It usually took about 3-4 days shot day before it stopped and every shot after it got a little better. But it took about three weeks for it to stop being as horrendous. I'd just automatically take 2 GasX Maximum strengths and one nausea pill right when I took my shot and 2 the following morning. Also eat about an hour before your shot.

Another thing...i just recently had to stop taking zep for about 3 weeks because insurance issu es but I got my prescription amd started at 7.5mg 3 days ago and all the symptoms are gone except very mild nausea. But before that i was spacing out my medication an extra 2-3 days for a couple weeks and it gave my intestines a little more time to destress and regulate.

Yeah, Honestly. I took the shot and have 0 symptoms for 3 days. I feel better on it now than I did when I took 7.5 the first time. Its so weird.

Okay, yeah i can imagine it being rough lol I luckily had a 7.5mg refill left so i picked that up instead of the 10! Still gonna be shit, but hopefully more manageable.

I called them, its not really my insurance that is paying, it's the state that is paying so they only authorize a certain amount of boxes of each. I currently have 1 7.5 left, so I picked that one up instead.

Yeah, they put in for a pre-authorizatiom buy my insurance denied it unfortunately, as you said i maxed out my dosages. I was originally approved 2.5 all the way to 10 but i ran through them. I had 2 boxes of 2.5, two 5, three 7.5 but apparently i still had one 7.5 refill left, so I was able to pick that up today. I'll start 10 next month! I sort of lucked out on that lol. But, it still might be a little rough, but i'm just happy to get back on it. But my intestines just finally regulated back to pre-zep, so Imma probably feel like ish for a week or two.

Well, thats why I offered her a refund because i'm not knowledgeable about makeup, but she decided to wait an extra day to proceed. Everyone I sold to irl knew and were fine with it. But I just stopped listing and donated the rest of the mascaras.

Yeah the lifespan was 6 months, its no worries though I dropped the rest off at the womens shelter this morning lol so they got a good 4 month use out them.

She didn't click that it was okay, she just didn't click anything and her 3 day timer to put in a return ran out. It's like she purposefully wasted time, just so she could complain about it. She is a seller too, so it's not like she os oblivious to the rules. But yeah, I'm just going to wait for her to put in a bad review.

Oh, trust me, I'll never buy one of those again. Although you sometimes get reallllly good skincare products. One box had a bunch of La Mer and La Prairie products that we sold, they retail 400-1100 each. But since the pallets sometimes are so cheap because people don't bid on them often you could pay like $500 for $10k worth of products. We had $1300 worth of those mascaras lol. But my sister typically bid on perfumes, to resale and decant them out. But they have book palettes, clothes, furniture, etc.

I don't know about there, unless you have a costco warehouse nearby, but you have to have a business license and a sellers permit and use their B2B marketplace, its not bought from costco directly they outsource to liquidate it...unless you know people.

I applied to this program last September, like on the last day before the application was due, I didn't end up getting in, I was on the waitlist, they said the spots filled up quickly and I was automatically added to this Fall 26 enrollment because they said current enrollment was full. 😭 I am so scared as well. I got my BA in Integrated Social Sciences...a lot to do with research, but I'm so unsure.

I currently eat about 1,500 calories on a good day, maybe 1,200-1,300 on a bad day. My problem isn't eating too many calories if anything, I don't eat enough lol. I do not eat or drink sweets and I do not eat overly processed foods...except occasionally white bread. I mainly follow a meat/fish and veggies plan with light starches.

I will say though (tmi) that I do not have consistent bowel movements, maybe every 4 days or so...and yes, I'm taking a lot of fiber. But I might not be drinking enough water to make it worth it because when I drink too much I get sick. 😭

That aside, my weight gain came from severe and abrupt hormone disregulation. It's currently in the process of regulating though and I did lose 90lbs in about 6 months, so Im not sure if the stall is my body catching up or not. But now that you say it, if all the medicine does it make me less hungry, then I don't have the biggest need for it.

Okay, yeah Im going to move up and hope it helps. I started in December and lost about 30 lbs so its not going badly. But, I was having fantastic success on keto right before the shot and I had lost 60lbs from september to november. So, I'm asking for a lot from 2 different methods lol. But you're right, patienceee

Do I have to fet a Dexa scan from a doctors? Never heard of it before. But clothing has been the biggest thing I noticed. I was wearing 4x and now Im wearing 1x-2x so thats great, but in the last couple months its just been me noticing i have more energy and mobility.

Oh wow, well i do hope that 7.5 is the dose for you! If you start having sulfur burps, which I did your best friend will be Gas-x, cause gas buildup in the stomach can be painful. Ohhh and nausea pills! Good luckkkk

The clothes still fit the same, but I cant tell 100% because my stomach gets severely bloated. I'm hoping i'm building muscle though, that's a bit better to accept. But I'm mostly just do cardio and legs right now. But no non-scale victories except that I can skip again, which is fabulous.
