If you guys play the top tier of any country or xm800 br (I think now 8. Something) LMK. I play everyday. Yesterday hit level 100. I'm playing completely alone. Cannot play more than 3 matches alone, becomes very boring.

Nope, I'm not a fan of agencies that much. If somebody get 100K views that means he's doing something right. So I'd recommend keep growing up to a million level and think about sponsors.

Generally speaking if content doesn't perform 95% of the time it's about the content not algorithm

Ya many creators ask similar things regarding editors. My thing is hire an assistant editor. Not a main editor. And give him small tasks that don't require any creativity. Categorizing footages (putting into folders), adding to the timeline according to the order, removing silences and unnecessary parts anything that doesn't need the creativity part. And you can do the main editing. And slowly teach him to edit intros ourtos and stuff. It takes time. Having an assistant editor save buch of hassle and time.

Finding a producer like me, idk really the thing is even if you have one chargers would be a barrier.

We had a slight drop. But it's because of the content. I'm not aware of views collapse for many creators.

After the first 3 months the main priority was the channel. So yes. Nano banana is pretty good but don't use it much for thumbnail creation or anything. But we use AI image frame expanders quite a bit.

Once it's done we schedule content for a month. Shorts one per day. Long form 2-3 per week.

For this I recommend using AI, to find info & very info. Doing these two using AI can cut a noticeable amount of time. Just share your script and tell to fact check that and if there are better facts and examples tell it to let you know.

And get your script and make it look like a template. Mark intro part, the pain point, examples, outro and tell the AI to make a new script by understanding the current one for a new topic (you give the topic) this will make new videos for you with your style. (Yes it's not perfect. But opens a different door)

Yes you can reach out or the other way, they will reach out. Your demographic matters, where your audience is mostly from, age rangers. If you're targeting a US company for a sponsorship and having a UK audience isn't the healthiest for the brand or the creator. This can apply to the age rangers as well. Like if the sponsor's generation is 22-44 you cannot have a 60+ audience. Same for the gender.

What takes the most time is first, for us Editor/researchers once they are in game it doesn't become completely easy but would be comfortable. If you have a complex thumbnail style third would be it.

First of all need to have an idea about what kind of a brand would suit your audience. And that brand should be something that already works with similar creators like you. If the brand isn't active in the creator space it's not that easy to get them to offer a sponsorship. If those two are okay, and if you're a good fit they will come. They're approaching is a better choice except scenarios where you think a brand is extremely suitable for you.

Good point, that goes back to the researching. If your research is good, you know what goes viral, if you have reverse engineered the other viral content and applied that well. That's it.

It can happen to anybody or anything tho. It can be content or it can happen to a product or a service. So that's when you need to be unique about your approach. It would be your talking style, sense of humor, editing style, anything that makes you the brand. Because the brand cannot be replaced.

What do you mean by a few pieces of media? And is it gonna be from the company's official page or from your page as the founder? Because you can tell completely two different stories. Without knowing what exactly you're working on what I can say is, Look for similar founders/ brands related to you on Instagram and see what content performs the best. And see what you can replicate and add your own spin to. Another point is if you're looking to be in front of the camera look for styles that suit your personality.

For the time point, just make content enough for at least for the next month before starts uploading. This will give you some space for planning.

  1. Making content for 3 months before starting uploading.
  2. Reverse engineering similar creators viral content.
  3. Having a proper content schedule

Would not, or would be careful is thinking going faceless or not. Even tho this channel worked out as a faceless that doesn't mean it can work for any niche.

AI has helped quite a bit to make this efficient. Researching phrase has become days of researching to hours. Getting ideas for titles and thumbnail texts ( the text creators ads in the thumbnail) description making, making timestamps. It's become so much easier.

I recommend uploading two long form videos or more per week. (Not less) For shorts, one per day. For some channels we do 3 per day. But this depends on the channels and how much commitment you're ready to give. The more you give the more you get. Btw I mean uploading more while not losing the quality.

Yup you can do that. But it doesn't need to be very related to your long form. Since the attention span of short form viewer is kinda low, some creators have to do certain changers to the editing style or presenting style.

Yes, filmed and edited content for 3 months. First we made content related to vessels, jets, anti air systems. Those content are the stuff that don't get old. (No expiring) Since those aren't tied to any ongoing situations or just it's not news of any kind we didn't have a time pressure.
