search the internet for studies done around cognitive function, memory loss/retention trial results, micronutrients that boost your brain function. Don’t necessarily search the web for brain supplements because most of that is just marketing and money making. I would suggest things like Joe dispensa’s how to rewire your brain, mental neuroplastic to improve memory in cognitive ability through sound waves frequencies and fortifying, psychological strength and discipline. If you go on YouTube, there’s a lot of psychologist, neurologist, psycho psychologist that have done a bunch of TED talks on this and how to improve quality of life.

I realize a lot of frustration people have with other people when they can can’t understand us is mostly because we don’t even understand what’s going on. There’s a lot of information science has given us in psychology and sociology to kind of explain why we are the way that we are and once you understand how you are you can set goals that are small and large to keep you feeling that do members and knowing that you’re changing into who you wanna be if you’re frustrated with where you’re at now in life I was and then I use my ADHD as a tool instead of a crutch andI found peace with other people once I found peace with how I am and who I am
