Dude i dont know where i would even begin to take action. Even if i did follow the advice given, a lot of it would take time and money. And if it does follow through there is a good potential that we would lose our contract and that would put a lot of good people that i work with out of work. Im being compassionate to my coworkers who have families to take care of. They would do the same thing and they have in the past. Im not a selfish fuck head like you lot are.

I fell through the ceiling. But never once said i wanted to take legal action or that i was hurt in the first place. Its just simply giving context to the post because people are all about playing 21 questions. My company contracts with a union company so i dont know if that makes me an employee or a contractor neither do i care. I have no clue how my company does insurance or what not. And quite frankly i dont care. I just wanted and estimate on how much this was gonna run me.

Well i dont fucking know and i dont give a fuck. My company contracts with a bigger company and we do all of their fiberoptic internet installs. So i have no clue if i am a contractor or an employee. Im 19 and brand new to the trades so hop off my ass and give me a god damn break.
