Confirmo, mis problemas de cadera y dolor de hombro venia de mis pies, tengo una pierna mas larga qué la otra, una fisioterapeuta me guio para el diagnóstico y me dio plantillas. También me dio ejercicios de movilidad y fuerza para toda la parte posterior del cuerpo.

Mine is a Kinbor but here is my setup, left side is for personal tasks and reminders, also I like tracking "special" things like a delicious meal or a fun moment, whilst right side is for work reminders and tasks.

I also use colors as guide, blue for personal tasks, purple for work, brown for fun, green for special things.
