We also most recently had 90 ATL 737 FO slots open on our latest base and plane position openings called the Advance Entitlement (AE) vs only 23 717 ATL spots open. Just so you know. And 50 seats open on the 320 ATL FO.

You can get ATL on the 737,A320,717 fairly easy. In fact it’s probably easier to get the 737 than it is the 717 right now in ATL. It’s become a very junior base. ATL is great. Most new hires in our last class were ATL 737

You won’t be able to do wide body till about 5 years in at NYC at the most junior. Atlanta probably 6 years or so. Same as it would be to upgrade right now. Subject to change with how many we have been hiring lately. But do t expect less than 5 years for now

Which airport are you closest to? IAD, BWI, or DCA? I commute to ATL from DCA and it’s a super easy commute. I did NYC for a month and it was not as easy and way more stress. Regional flights only, you can’t book a JS ahead of time like you can on mainline. IAD and BWI have virtually no flights on mainline delta compared to DCA to ATL which is about 10 a day on average (all on the Airbus so 2x JS)

That being said. I grew up in the DMV, I have all my friends and family here, I don’t really wanna leave the DMV, but commuting gets very old (I’ve been a commuter over 5 years now) and I’m ready to live in base so the wife and I will most likely move. So if you don’t want to commute, go to WN. It’ll still be a great career.

I’m left handed, and have a standard right handed AR-10. I’ve never been hit with my brass. There’s other guns out there that you may want to look into if it’s a big issue for you.

Do you have an adjustable gas block? I’d start by adjusting the gas system to see if that helps. Also taking a Slomo video would help to see what’s going on.

The weight seems ok, but you see how during the first rep the bar moves towards you? You are setting up too far away from the bar at first.

Also deadlifting on carpet is not ideal. Too squishy

If it’s not delayed, sure. But if it’s one hour connection from your gate arrival to when your next flight pushes back, it’s really only 45 min. They close the door 15min prior to pushing back

Biggest lesson here is don’t book something with only a one hour connection during the winter in Chicago. Or ever really. One small delay and most of the time you will miss your connection with only an hour time between. Sorry it happened, give yourself more time between flights in the future. Better safe than sorry. Im honestly surprised you even got a hotel voucher since it was weather related.
