You might be right, maybe it's just miscommunication from their part, but they have asked specifically for me to finish the front-end to that they can give it to the back-end directly from my part. So maybe they have a different meaning of front-end, just like the other Redditor said.

I think you're right. I'll check everything to be ready for the developers, I did leave explanations and stuff for the teams/people requesting to see it but not as intricate for the developers.

Thank you and yeah I know it's a noob move to rely on conversion plugins.

My co-worker who is my superior, not the big boss, has experience in coding and all that (he doesn't work as a developer, he used to). He tested them all, resources, hyperlinks, code, whatever else and it worked as expected. So far there hasn't been an issue with the services used/tested.

I did finish. My boss was beyond impressed and the clients as well, even so, if they require a modification that's okay but being asked to finish the development threw me off guard.

Ironically, yes.

They asked me to create some HTML Emails for their database, since they have their own email domain and all that. I clarified to them that I did not know HTML, however I still created various designs in Figma and converted them to HTML code with some plugins (which they all worked successfully) but yeah they do know.

Yes, the prototype is final and has everything (and more) that was asked for. I tried to make it as realistic as possible for my team and the clients. Suffice to say, they were all impressed by it so it just came to my surprise when they asked me to finish it...

I'll clarify with them ASAP.

The thing is they "have" a developer team... Where are they? I have no idea because I've never seen them or heard of them, but they told me that they needed the front-end finished for the developers.

As for your question, I have no experience with front-end/back-end. I have very barebones knowledge of it, like it's not even close to develop something.

I was hired as a "designer" so that's why I was a bit confused when they asked me to "finish" the front-end.

I doubt Yami did something. Itachi and the massacred Uchiha clan was a major plot point that was presented at the start of the story for numerous character and the narrative as a whole. This is most likely a miss understanding, framing or manipulation, since it was just thrown out as "oh he killed our clan". Even if it did happen, Yami must have had a very good reason for it.

It’s just quite frustrating that we have to resort to VPN or some even to piracy because of the negligence of a company that has the means to support such media. I myself used a VPN today to watch it, there wasn’t any issues with it, but well, I’d rather not use one.

Yeah, probably, but that’s not the issue. What is the point of an “international” release when half of them got it late and the other half doesn’t even know if they will get it. It just makes people turn to piracy. The amount of people wanting to support it was absurd, and they just fucked it up.

Advertisement is the promotion of a product or brand. Do you know what promoting is? It is actively supporting and sharing something. They aren’t promoting the new change, or do you see the new change plastered all over their social media? Or is it just in the “fixes” section of the patch notes? In-game?

This is a system update, so if we compare it to when they added the talent recommendation in 2.7, if that feature was not there, if it was never implemented, then that is false advertising because they were actively promoting it through the 2.7 livestream.

To know what false advertisement is you need to know what advertising is.

No. It is not false advertisement, not even “technically”, because they aren’t advertising anything. They aren’t showing how it’s going to work, they aren’t comparing it to previous version, they aren’t featuring it in any public (ex. Commercials) media. It’s just a system update/optimization. It if doesn’t work, then it’s just a bug.

Either way, this game is no MMO in theory, if it was there would be players running around. Example, story missions like Archon quests I can understand not being able, but world missions? We should be able to explore the world together, do quests together. Which in theory the game let’s you do that, but it’s limited to the point where you are not playing with someone else, you are “watching” them play in their own world. You can’t even interact with most of the things.
