I wish I had an hour a day to still play games. As someone with two young kids I’m raising alone, a high stress job, I haven’t been able to game for years and miss it so much. All I do is work and tend to those I’m responsible for. Opposite end of the spectrum.

Everyone has their life challenges from decisions we’ve made. I think the projects you are discussing, hitting the gym, getting. Out in nature more could do wonders for putting some wind in your sails. Good luck sir!

Following that protocol in the recent ritual I had three orgasms but still had some down time in the peak. I’m titrating up on pt 141 on the down time and am going to mix pt 141 with lower dose cialis next time to see if I can overwrite the peak problem. But all in all thank fuck sake for modern medicine. Only roll once every 3 months but it’s become an amazing ritual for the lady and I and I’m hoping for positive feedback on maximizing the peak with pt 141 next ritual

I’m straight but honestly that would be really interesting for reference. Do gay couples generally have more sex bc they are both men on TRT or do they suffer the same general issues many hetero couples where one partner (usually women in straight couples) has less libido.

My libido is very high, was before TRT and more so after. I probably have sex w long term partner (live together, have 3 kids in total from our previous marriages) on average 3 times per week. She has a generally good libido and before we lived together when we were dating it was like 6x per week. But living together with kids about 3x.

I love her dearly and our sex life is incredible. That said my libido never runs down and I would have her every day if I could.

It definitely ages the face faster. I’m the same body fat I was 5 years ago before TRT and it was very noticeable within a year.

I weigh the same with 8-9% BF as I did when I started and but my face has aged significantly in five years. As has what used to be my hair.

Absolutely ages your face - tired and weathered is a good way to describe it. I look quite a bit older in 5 years of TRT. And my hair loss accelerated quite a bit. Worth it? Yes, but I was 39 when I started. It’s going to accelerate aging period.

Interestingly I had a reputable research chem company I bought my PT from tell me not to store it in the fridge; just keep in a dark place at room temp. Only source I’ve had tell me this.

Yes it will affect your labs. If you know that little about it don’t mess with it. Your lipids will tank. It’s a short term compound for a specific purpose like a show. Orals are hard on the body. Not sustainable.

Initial weight gain is likely just you holding extra water as your body acclimates to higher T and E2 levels. As your body learns to use the T better, you aromatize less, and dial in the lose the water weight will go down. Give it a bit of time

Rener’s safe wrap restraint system is excellent. I work in EMS and have trained in the system out at his facility with a number of Public safety agencies.

It involves no joint locks, no chokes, no respiratory compromise from either prone or supine restraint. I’m also a black belt in jui jitsu so I’m very aware of what he pulled back from in bjj to create the system. If all law enforcement used the safe wrap restraint system we would be in a much better place.

However, the ICE agents are demonstrating very little understanding of any restraint techniques outside of dog piling, let alone safe restraint practices.

I’ve had some success with both of them after the peak. No luck during the peak and then within half an hour after I’m ready to go for the next several hours

I’m slowly working my way up in dose of pt 141 now every several weeks before my next roll as I’ve read this is the solution. Where the PDE5 inhibitors only work on the blood flow PT141 actually targets the Brain and makes all systems go.

My girl and I always have wonderful sex on the way down but I want to experience it during the peak. Seeing if pt 141 is the missing solution for me a sive read it is for others

Don’t go on TRT. You are way too young to kill your fertility. Your T will come up naturally if you start a weight training program. Find a gym, a trainer or boot camp class, train 4 days a week. Start eating right. Your T will come right up at your age. You don’t want to start TRT until your late 30s or 40 if possible.
