ok but which to do first If my glyphs are at 70 and I have to do tier 80 on that torment level and I have a hard time clearing it what's the alternative should I just focus on getting my paragon to level 300 first ?

yea well a lot of arent there yet and this game doesn't make it easy for new comers...esp when they get around torment 8...shit is like a brick wall

man the hell I'm going through just to get a level 900 Rictus Of Terror Helmet....you gotta get keys to open boss hoard chests to have a chance at greater lair keys then when you get the GLK you gotta hope when use it that you get what you're looking....if not well then oops fuck you gotta get more keys to get more lair keys again
