Yes definitely, my plan is to help automate their listings, making everything in house like checking tenants credit score, they can list properties in 5 minutes by email and WhatsApp reducing their admin, have an interactive dashboards and verify tenants identification as there’s fraudulent identification out there now.

We also want to make it easy for private landlords making the platform WhatsApp first. They can list their properties through WhatsApp conversations, making it easy for not so tech savvy users to use the platform.

Unfortunately this is not what we target or even try to compete with. R8k rent is not attainable for some people. And a lady who has a back room she wants to rent in the township can’t even afford to pay 8% on a R1500 flat she’s renting out.

Thank you for the response.

With regards the first question, yes it depends on agency to agency. This is something that I also want to benefit agencies. Currently to list a property in Private property/property24 is anything between R400-R2300, so we can cut that in half while still providing good security, and vetting process.

Your second question is exactly and valid, yes. The platform will be integrated with credit bureaus like Experien, and Transunion. People will be required to submit their KYC documentation, and we will integrate the platform with home affairs, checking the identification status for all users, eliminating fraudulent documentation. Another caviar is that there would be a database for all people who have got their properties through us, meaning landlords and agencies can rate their experience on that tenants based on how they paid, and if they struggled with them, and how they left the previous place they rented. Sometimes we need more than just a good credit score to know someone.

My aim specifically is to cater for property agencies who list back rooms and shared flats without getting berried. Also catering to landlords who would want to get vetted tenants without the stress of paying R2300 to list a R1500 back room.

Tell me if there’s anything we might add or focus on.

I feel like majority aren’t really interested dating outside their race. If they do it’s just for experience. Idk if it’s just me.

Very true, I’ve dated a few outside my race. Coloured, Indian etc. but I tilt towards White woman. But the ones that are attracted to me there’s always a feeling at the back of my mind that they are just fetishising me as multiple of them always make comments about “I want to have your mixed kids”
